The Journal Collection — All Sales Are Final

Thank you for purchasing from The Journal Collection!

Due to the nature of our products and limited-batch printing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Ordering the incorrect quantity
Shipping delays outside of our control
Normal wear and tear after delivery

Please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier. We have the same tracking information that you have and cannot see any additional details in regards to tracking or delivery timeframes.
